Zaheer Khan and Ishant Sharma took three wickets each to put India on top against Bangladesh in the second and final Test at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka on Sunday.
Electing to bat first, Bangladesh were left reeling at 155 for eight in 44 overs in the post lunch session on the opening day.
Pacers Zaheer and Ishant were both outstanding with the ball as they claimed three for 40 and three for 57 respectively. Pragyan Ojha supported them well as he took two for 18 to leave the Bangladesh innings in tatters.
Mohammad Ashraful top scored with a quick 39 from 31 deliveries before he gifted his wicket to Pragyan Ojha, stumped by wicketkeeper Mahendra Sing
